Seekins Precision bases are built in accordance with the Picatinny 1913 specification. Our bases have a large recoil lug built in to prevent base movement and minimize the forces on your base screws during recoil. S.P. rails are available in 0, 20 or 30moa for the majority of Remingtons, Savages, and Winchester actions. Bases are also available for custom actions including Stiller, Borden, Lawton and quite few others. If needed, we are able to build any base with custom MOA designed specifically to meet your needs.

Screw size: 6-48 (8-40 available on request)
Screw Torque spec: 15 INCH lbs
For scope height calculations on a Remington use .44” for rear height or .29” for front height. This is for a 20moa base. For every additional 10moa subtract approximately .010 from the front measurement. For all Remington bases the rear height is the same.
