Description

Description

Based on the excellent and proven iRMT upper receiver, CNC machined from 7075-T6 billet aluminum, the top Picatinny rail extends over the barrel mount to strengthen the receiver and provide more space to mount optics. Coupled with the receiver is the Seekins Precision SP3R free float handguard. Flat on the bottom, the SP3R aids stability for precision shooting. The stainless steel match-grade barrel with the Rifle length gas system is specifically contoured to balance the rifle for superior handling performance and weight reduction.

As 2018 rang in, it also brought about a new line by Seekins Precision, Professional Composites. The SP10 6.5 Creedmoor now features the ProComp 10x precision AR stock. The ProComp 10x is for all AR style platforms, featuring an adjustable cheek rest and recoil pad. Ridged adjustments for cheek piece is accomplished with a push button with clamping feature to securely lock in place. The recoil pad is adjusted via spacer system and comes with two spacers as well as 3 anti-rotation QD sling points. The 10x precision stock is intended for precision or varmint style rifles providing a stable link connecting you to your rifle.

The Seekins Precision mission of unrivaled innovation and performance drove the development of the lower receiver. Also machined from 7075-T6 billet aluminum, the SP10 6.5 Creedmoor is fully ambidextrous* due to superior weapon controls such as the magazine release, selector switch and ambidextrous bolt switch that allows the shooter to lock back or release the bolt with a single finger. Accuracy demands an excellent trigger and the SP10 6.5 Creedmoor delivers with a Timney Competition trigger, factory set at 3lbs. The SP10 6.5 Creedmoor is the pinnacle of large frame AR development. Premium features and components come standard to increase accuracy, functionality and reliability. The SP10 6.5 Creedmoor is hard coat anodized matte black.

*Charging handle is not ambidextrous*

Half minute accuracy out of the box!!!!

I recently acuired your sp-10 in 6.5 creedmoor. I added a leupold base and vx6hd (varmit AppErture) 3-18 50mm scope. I installed and sighted in the sp-10 yesterday. Using hornady match 140 eld ammunition, i knew after 6 sighting in rounds i was on to something good. From a stable rest at 100 yards i managed a half inch group, and At 300 yards just less than a one inch grouping, and one and one half inch grouping at 600 yards. Right out of the box This is far and away the most accurate rifle i have ever fired. The quality, attention to detail, and careful choice of components is outstanding. I was concerned with the weight for unsupported shooting. At the end of the sighting in process, i made two additional shots standinG at approximatel 200 yard. Both shots landed precisely where aimed. Wow is all i can say at this point. If customer satisfaction is a measure of success, you have “knocked it out of the park”. Congratulations and thank you!!!

I have one of the very early SP10's and this rifle has exceeding my expectations when it comes to my needs for an accurate and reliable MSR for both hunting and Occasional Precision rifle competitions. i used it in sub 30 degree weather on deer hunts and it ran flawlessly. i used it at the allegheny sniper challenge and it ran perfect on a day filled with constant rain and laying in mud. i've taken her completely apart for thorough cleaning and in doing so looked at the features that seekins put into this to make it so reliable and I am very impressed all around. accuracy wise, she will shoot better than my abilities, so when i do my best part, she puts them where I aim. i've not been easy on this rifle, from having it bumped around in a truck to knocked over when leaning against a tree. i had the honor of taking a tour of the seekins manufacturing facility in Lewiston and from the jaw dropping technology they have in their manufacturing process and the always looking forward and passion the owners and staff have there i know that this rilfe will always perform when the time comes. I have only used factory Hornady and Barnes ammunition in this rifle and have been pleased with the accuracy from factory rounds. perhaps some handloads could squeek out some additional speed or group sizes but for my needs and purposes the factory ammo runs fine and reliably in my rilfe.

I took my friend to the range today to shoot his new SP10 in 6.5CM. We only shot 20 rounds of factory Hornady Match 140ELD. The rifle is well balanced making it feel lighter than it is. The quality of the rifle is superB from The brake to the butt Stock. The trigger feels great, safetly lever is nice as well as the other ypgraded parts. Accuracy may improve with other loads, but we were getting it to group arouNd 1moA out to 300yds.
